Call to Visual Artists: 13th Annual Destin Festival of the Arts (Deadline: July 18, 2008)

Presented by the Mattie Kelly Arts Foundation on October 25 & 26. this festival will be held at Henderson Beach State Park overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Entries are now being accepted for juried show artists to apply to be in the Festival, as well as entries for a poster and t-shirt design which will promote the 2008 Destin Festival of the Arts. $8,200 cash prizes to be awarded. Artist media include wood, metal, pastels, water media, oil, acrylic, jewelry, glass, collage, digital art, pastel, mixed media, graphite, pen & ink, color pencil, clay, fiber and photography. Each artist provides their own tent and display equipment. On-site artist parking will be available. All work must be solely that of the displaying artist and artist must be on premises during the Festival. A $30 non-refundable jury fee and a $175 booth fee are applicable.
