Call to Visual Artists: International Emerging Artists (Deadline: June 10 & 12, 2008)

This is a call for 2D and 3D submissions for a group exhibition at the Bridge for Emerging Contemporary Art in New Orleans and will feature the works of the top four emerging artists selected via the votes cast by art enthusiasts from around the world during "Curate This!". A fee of $25 allows for the submission of 4 works. Artists from all countries are eligible to submit works. Exhibit Dates: July 17 - September 14, 2008. Awards: up to $10,000. Eligibility: All artists working in all media, 18 years and older residing in Florida may enter. Call to Visual Artists: The 621 Gallery Outdoor Sculpture Competition and Exhibition (Deadline: Postmark Deadline: May 15, 20008)

Call to Visual Artists: 10th Annual Artopia 2008: Top Hats & Tails (Deadline: June 6)

Artopia is seeking art donations for both a live and silent auction at The Moon in Tallahassee on June 21st. In recognition of your willingness to help Big Bend Cares, you will receive an opportunity to collect a cash prize ($500, $300 and $100) if your art is one of the top three pieces as selected by their jury as best in show! You will also receive a listing on the Artopia 2008 web site featuring your work; links to your web site or email and a complimentary ticket for each piece donated (up to three pieces accepted). Call to Visual Artists: Artists' League Presents Go Green! (Deadline: June 3, 2008 7pm – 9pm or June 4, 2008 12pm – 4pm)

The Artists’ League challenges you to create a new or submit a specific piece of artwork that addresses an environmental issue. Any medium.
