Before beginning capital improvement projects on a new multi-arts complex in Railroad Square (which ideally will include a 200 seat theatre, rehearsal space, audio-visual room and offices), the Mickee Faust Club is requesting input from artists with disabilities and audience members with disabilities. Please join us at noon on Sunday, November 4, 2007 at the now empty Mickee Faust Academy for the Really Dramatic Arts (607 McDonnell Drive).
At this public meeting, ADA specialists will join representatives from Mickee Faust and Ability1st to review initial design plans for the new multi-use arts complex. Please note this new building at 607 McDonnell Drive is not currently ADA compliant. However, Faustkateers who are mobility-impaired and use chairs have taken test drives up the loading dock ramp to the building to make sure the existing ramp is manageable for this one-time entrance into our empty warehouse.
